Another week gone! Most of my friends are enjoying this three day weekend, while I am at home stuck doing homework! Taking 6 classes is not an easy task. My friends are going out to party and simply have a good time while I am at home hitting the books.
At times I just want to be like screw it and drop everything and just GO! However, the fact that I have OCD and if I don’t get my task done I start having anxiety attacks…holds me back. Yeah I know, what you are probably thinking…it will be worth it at the end. When will it be the end? When I’m almost 30!! I want to be able to have a good time and not be worried about school or work. But I guess in my world. THAT’S IMPPOSSIBLE!!
I definitely feel you on that!! I had a fun filled weekend of working 12 hour shifts and doing homework, its just fantastic. But if I can give you some friendly advice. Go out!! Have a good time because those are the moments you'll remember, not what you wrote on some paper in college. It's just school, living is more important. I'm just realizing that this year, maybe I have "senioritis" or maybe I realize that getting a degree doesn't guarantee anything these days.
